I really liked stitching this picture - mostly because it didn't have a lot of half or quarter stitches. I only gave it 4 stars because all the colors were so dark. So I substituted green for her dress, and chose slightly lighter shades. The finished product turned out beautiful!

I stitched this piece for my sister and it turned out great. She was very happy with it. She framed it and hung it in her living room over our Mother's old Singer treadle sewing machine.

fabric size
Hello to all.
This is my question. Other patterns give suggestion for the type of fabric one might like to use in working this pattern. Other patterns also give the size, height and width, but I cannot find these specifications for the "Quilter". Can anyone help with what size piece of fabric I should use for this design?
